Thai Beef Stir-Fry
INGREDIENTS
Beef
- 3 oz beef tenderloin
- ¼ cup soy sauce
- ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1 tablespoon cilantro
- ¼ cup olive oil
- ½ tablespoon brown sugar
Stir-Fry
- ¼ green onion (chopped)
- 4 broccoli florets
- 4 slices yellow peppers
- 1/8 cup bean sprouts
- 8 snow peas
- ¼ celery stick (sliced)
- 2 cherry tomatoes
- 3 shiitake mushrooms (sliced)
- salt and pepper to taste
PREPARATION
- Combine beef marinade in a non-reactive bowl, add beef and marinate for 2 hours. Grill (marking on both sides) and let cool for 10 minutes. Slice steak into ½-inch slices. Sauté vegetables together. Add steak to grilled vegetables and serve.
